Food products of VUC Prague plc are mainly based on sugar and fibre. Natural sugar and gelling sugars represent the major part of the production. Various kinds of fibre from beet, apple or citrus, including inulin, are used in manufactured tablets. The tablets are fortified with food additives, so that they are not only efficient in reduction diets, but also enhance entire health condition. Foods for diabetic or gluten free diets and confectionery ingredients are an integral part of the VUC Prague plc production.
